How We Work Together at Ash & Bloom

At Ash & Bloom, we understand that pelvic pain can touch so many parts of your life — your body, your relationships, your sense of self. That’s why we’ve created a space where care is connected, gentle, and grounded in collaboration.

We’re a team of thoughtful, compassionate professionals who work together to support your wellbeing. You might meet with just one of us, or you might choose to work with a few of our team over time. Either way, your care is shaped around you — your story, your goals, and your pace.

Our team includes psychologists, pelvic physiotherapists, dietitians, sex educators, occupational therapists, relationship therapists, and massage therapists. We all have deep experience in pelvic pain, and we understand the impacts of trauma, neurodivergence, and feeling unheard in medical settings. We believe in care that is gentle, affirming, and whole-person.

When you see more than one of us, we can (with your permission) share information and check in with each other — so you’re not repeating yourself or feeling like pieces of your care are disconnected. We also work alongside your GP, specialist, or other support people if you'd like us to.

Most of all, Ash & Bloom is a place where you don’t have to hold everything alone. We walk beside you, and we’re here to help you reclaim safety, confidence, and connection — however that looks for you.
