Welcome to Ash & Bloom.

A collaborative of health professionals passionate about improving the lives of women and those AFAB experiencing pelvic pain.

Why Ash & Bloom?

We don’t know exactly what brought you here, but if you’ve landed on this page with a sigh, a side-eye, or a “dear god please let this place be different” — we want you to know something straight up:

You are not too much. And you are not alone.

Maybe you’re living with pelvic pain that no one seems to understand (or believe).

Maybe your brain is running five tabs at once, and none of them are labelled.

Maybe you’re navigating menopause, motherhood, identity, trauma, neurodivergence — or all of it, all at once.

Or maybe you’re just tired of being told to “just relax” and “have you tried yoga?”

You deserve more than bandaid solutions and advice that doesn’t quite land.

You deserve care that is safe, inclusive, and deeply human.

FAQs

For professionals

Professional learning

Learning that’s layered, collaborative, and grounded in care.

We run science-rich, trauma-aware workshops for both clients and clinicians. Whether you’re attending to reconnect with your own body, or to learn how to better support others—our workshops are built to be real, practical, and empowering. You'll leave with new tools, not just new knowledge.

Supervision

Clinical depth. Nervous system safety. Real conversations about hard, complex work.

Supporting women and AFAB individuals with pelvic pain, sexual health concerns, hormonal transitions, or complex trauma takes more than textbook knowledge. It calls for nuance, containment, interdisciplinary insight, and sometimes a place to just exhale.

Our individual and group supervision offerings are tailored for clinicians (psychologists, counsellors, sex therapists, etc.) who want to deepen their confidence and care in this work. Whether you're exploring pelvic pain presentations for the first time or are already immersed and looking for peer-level space—we’ve got you.
